What is YourCamSpot.com?

At yourcamspot.com you can chat with amateur performers while watching them live on camera. We have performers of every type from around the globe! Search for a model by name or browse through our categories and country listings to find what you’re looking for. You can interact with performers and create a unique experience just for you.

If you see a performer you like, tap on the image to visit their profile and read more about them. If they’re online and available, you’ll see their free, live video and can start a conversation! You won’t be charged unless you join a paid chat session. The per-minute prices for paid chats are listed in your local currency before you enter the chat. Your yourcamspot.com membership is free, and there is no monthly or recurring fee to view the site.

How can I find a performer?

Tap the search icon and type in a performer’s name, or browse our categories to find a model with a particular physical trait, a special kink, or select a country from the dropdown menu at the top of the site. If you click on a particular country you will be presented with a list of performers in that country.

When viewing by categories or country, online performers will be displayed first, sometimes followed by performers who are not online.

We are planning to offer other features in the near future that will give you even more search abilities and grouping mechanisms.

How does video chat work?

The performer has a camera set up on their end. When you join their chat room, you can see what the performer is doing in real time. Type a message and say hello!

Most performers offer high definition streams, and viewing a performers video feed is free. You will only be charged if you tip the performer, wish to watch a Gold Show, or decide to go private or exclusive with the model.

Often the performer will offer a Cam to Cam experience in exclusive and private, where you can both view the model and simultaneously be viewed by them.

What is Gold?

GOLD is a site currency that you can send to a performer anytime! One GOLD is equal to one US dollar. If you like how a performer is interacting with you, giving GOLD is a great way to show your appreciation.

You can give GOLD to watch a Gold Show, or to show your appreciation by tipping the performers. Other instances when you will be required to pay (us GOLD) is if you decide to take a performer exclusive or go private with them.

What are Private and Exclusive chats?

When you go Private with a model, other users can also join and watch. In Exclusive chats, it is just you and the performer. Others cannot join. Exclusive is a completely private session.

What is a Gold Show?

GOLD Shows are special group shows where several members chip in to watch. The performer will set up the length, goal, and pledge price of the GOLD show. If you’re interested, pledge your GOLD during the countdown and you’ll automatically join the show when it starts! If the performer cancels the show before it begins or while it’s in progress, you will not be billed.

Performers will usually list on their profile what activities they usually partake in during Gold shows, but if you are unsure ask them in chat and they will make sure you are fully informed and know what type of action you can expect.

What Are Discounted Block Sessions?

Block sessions allow you to pay upfront for a length of time at a discounted rate. Performers may offer some or all of these options:

  • 15 minutes: 5% off
  • 30 minutes: 10% off
  • 45 minutes: 15% off
  • 60 minutes: 20% off

It’s a good idea to ask performers if they are available before booking a block session. If the performer agrees to the time block, your session will begin right away. The purchased time must be taken all at once. If the show continues past the amount you purchased, you’ll continue to be charged at the discounted per-minute rate.

How do I set up Cam2Cam?

Cam2Cam lets you share your video with the performer during private sessions.

If you are having trouble accessing your camera or microphone, the solution will depend on what you see when you click on the Cam2Cam button.

If you see your video appear but it disappears within 15 seconds of clicking the button, the performer either missed the Cam2Cam request or denied it. To prevent this in the future, you can ask the performer if they’ll accept your Cam2Cam request before you send it. Some performers allow cam2cam in private and exclusive shows, while some will only accept it in exclusive, so be sure to read their profile info and / or ask them.

If you don’t see your own video and nothing happens when you click the button, your video settings may not be set up correctly.

How do I end my video chat session?

To end the current chat session and stop billing, simply navigate to another page or tap the ‘X’ in the top right corner of the performer’s video.

What happens if I am disconnected during a show?

As soon as the chat closes, billing will stop. If there was a technical problem on your end, you can open your browser and log back into the chat. You may also be disconnected if the performer leaves the chat for any reason.

Performers have the ability to permanently block users from their chat. If you are blocked, you won’t be able to visit that performer again.

Can I get my password sent to me?

If you forget your password, click Log In on the top of any page, and tap the ‘Forgot Password?’ link under the Log In button. We’ll send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.

If you don’t see the email shortly, check your spam or junk folder. (You can also add ‘@yourcamspot.com to your email account’s approved senders to make sure you always receive messages from us.)

Can I browse YCS incognito / privately?

You can browse the site without it appearing in my browser history. Most browsers have a private browsing (incognito) mode that won’t save your site history, cookies, passwords, or other personal data. Check with your browser for availability and details about this option

How do daily limits work?

All members start with a daily limit to use on yourcamspot.com video chats. Once you reach your daily limit, your current chat will close and you won’t be able to spend again until the next day.

You can lower your daily limit (as low as $25) if you want to limit your time spent in chat each day. The maximum daily limit available to you may increase over time, and you may be able to increase your limit in your account area, up to a certain amount. If not, you can contact Customer Support (support@yourcamspot.com) about setting a higher limit. They’ll send you instructions for submitting a request. Our staff will review the request and get back to you.

Absolutely. Every performer has to abide by the current Rules of Conduct and are required to inform you if you are asking for something that would conflict with those conditions. Further, each performer has the right to refuse to engage in any activity that they do not want to engage in, and have the ability to permanently block any user who fails to respect the performers own guidelines and wishes.

Resect for the performers and for the rules relating to their activity is fundamental in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment on YCS.

What activities will performers engage in?

All performers have the ability to add items to their profile, including their ‘kinks’ and usually the types of sexual activity that they enjoy and are willing to engage in. When in doubt, ask before going private or exclusive with a performer.

Reading the models bio before heading into a private session is always a good idea. If you are still not sure if the particular model will participate in your desired activities, ask them in chat first. If they are not interested, you can find a performer who is.

Yes, users are expected to respect the wishes of the performers on the website as well as abide by our Term and Conditions while using our website. If you have any questions you can contact support for clarification.

Users are expected to respect performers and abide by any rules a particular performer may have in place as to what is expected or acceptable behavior while visiting their video chat room.

Is my information safe with you?

Our site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt your billing info any time you enter it on the site. Only yourcamspot.com’s trained staff has access to your account information.

Performers do not have access to your account or billing information, and we will not sell, trade, or give your information out to third parties. To better safeguard your privacy, we recommend that you do not use any part of your email address as your site nickname.

yourcamspot.com staff will never ask for your account or credit card information in a chat room. If a performer or anyone else asks you for sensitive information by way of chat or email, please contact us immediately as this is against our policy. NEVER share private information with performers or other visitors. If there is a problem with your account, we will always have you contact us or the billing company personally. The billing company used to process your payments is listed when entering any paid area of the site.

Why do you need my email address?

Your email address is your unique login name on the site. We will also use it to send you account information, such as account changes, receipts, special offers, or to help you recover your password. If you wish to stop receiving any newsletters or offers we send you, simply click the remove link included in the email.

Your email address is not displayed on our site, and performers will never see it. Your email address will not be sold or given to third parties. We will only use your email to contact you regarding your yourcamspot.com account.

My Account was flagged for further verification. What is this?

To protect your account, your bank may request extra verification to help prevent fraud. If this happens, don’t worry! You’ll be able to quickly complete the verification from our Payment Information page. We’ll connect you with your bank, and then bring you back to re-join the fun!

How do I close my account?

YourCamspot.com’s basic services are free of charge, and we do not charge a monthly fee. However, if you would like to close your account anyway, you can.
do so at any time. Just contact an account support specialist and they will take care of it for you!

Why does my bill include a sales tax charge? (Canadian Members Only)

Members from Canada may be charged sales tax, as required by law, for all YCS purchases. Sales tax is calculated at the time of billing, after the base charges are subtracted from your daily limit. Sales Tax does not count towards your daily limit.

You will be notified of the sales tax percentage you will be charged before a taxable purchase is made. This percentage differs based on province. Please consult your local government for details on how sales tax applies in your area.

Why does my bill include a Service Charge? (PayPal Users Only)

If you pay for the Service using PayPal, due to the increased cost to us, an additional charge on the purchase amount will be added to your bill.

You will be notified of the Service Charge percentage before a purchase is made.

Please note that PayPal is not always an available payment option, depending on such things as your location and local laws and regulations.

Why does my bill include a VAT charge? (EU Members Only)

Members from the European Union may be charged a Value Added Tax (VAT), as required by law, for all yourcamspot.com purchases. VAT is calculated at the time of billing, after the base charges are subtracted from your daily limit. VAT charges do not count towards your daily limit.

You will be notified of the VAT percentage you will be charged before a taxable purchase is made. This percentage differs based on country. Please consult your local government for details on how VAT applies in your area.
